Cherokee Country Club, a prestigious golf and social club, sought to modernize and elevate their facilities for members. Over the years, we’ve partnered with them on a variety of projects, from AV installations in dining and event spaces to advanced radar technology for their driving range. In 2018, we completed a major renovation of their main dining area, overflow spaces, and outdoor patio, equipping the spaces with state-of-the-art audiovisual (AV) systems and flexible configurations to support both intimate gatherings and large-scale events.

We delivered a comprehensive AV and technology integration solution, starting with consultation and design, and continuing through installation and ongoing support. Our work has enhanced the club’s ability to deliver top-tier member experiences both indoors and outdoors.

Key Deliverables:

  • Integrated AV for Dining and Event Spaces: We installed drop-down TVs and speakers throughout the main dining room, overflow areas, and patio. These systems run on a centralized control system, allowing the club to easily manage audio and video across different rooms. The dining areas feature divisible rooms that can be separated or combined for events, with the AV system automatically adjusting to the room configurations.
  • Pool and Patio AV Systems: For the outdoor spaces, including the pool area, we installed speakers and TVs that are fully controllable via touch panels or iPads. This allows staff to easily set the tone for outdoor events, from background music for casual gatherings to full audio systems for larger poolside functions.
  • Driving Range Golf Technology: To enhance the member experience on the golf course, we installed TrackMan radar technology at the driving range. This system, mounted on multiple 20-30-foot poles, provides real-time data on the angle, speed, and trajectory of each shot, helping members fine-tune their golfing skills.
  • Security and Access Control: In addition to the AV solutions, we implemented access control systems throughout the club, including the gates. Members can enter the property with RFID tags on their vehicles, ensuring secure and seamless access.
