Sovereign, a premium liquor brand, sought to create a one-of-a-kind facility that would showcase their products in an immersive, highly visual environment. The goal was not to sell liquor directly but to provide an exclusive space for influencers, media, and guests to engage with the brand in a creative way. They envisioned a venue that would serve as both a media production facility and a visually stunning space for social media content creation.

We partnered with Sovereign to design and build two creative spaces—one focused on media production and the other as an Instagram-friendly photo studio with brand-specific sets. Our scope included everything from a distributed AV System, Recording Studio Integration, Facility Networking, Access Control, and Security Cameras.

Sovereign’s ambitious project presented several unique challenges:

  1. Media Production Facility: They wanted a fully functional recording studio, video production spaces, and a Cyc wall for professional video shoots. 
  2. Robust Network: The facility required a network powerful enough to support large gatherings, daily operational needs, and the continuous data flow from staff and media production activities.
  3. Privacy and Exclusivity: The entire venue is private and used only for brand promotion, which meant that access control and surveillance cameras were critical to protecting the integrity of the space.

Our scope included everything from a distributed AV system, Recording Studio Integration, Facility Networking, Access Control, and Security Cameras.

Key Deliverables:

  • Recording Studio and Cyc Wall: We designed and integrated a state-of-the-art, one-of-a-kind recording studio, fully equipped with cutting-edge technology to support every stage of the audio production process. We also designed a custom Cyc wall for video shoots, designed specifically to meet the brand’s visual needs.
  • Access Control and Security: To maintain the exclusivity of the venue, we installed access control systems that ensure only authorized guests can enter. We also integrated surveillance cameras throughout the facility for added security and peace of mind.
  • Ongoing System Support & Management: After the installation, we provided management and support services to ensure that all of the systems continue to function flawlessly. This includes troubleshooting any issues, adding new equipment, and maintaining the infrastructure to support future events and content creation.
