Swirl Films faced several challenges as they moved into their new facility. With multiple departments—ranging from film editing to audio post-production—spread across the space, they needed a robust Network setup to support their complex workflows and foster team collaboration.

  • Seamless Media Distribution: Media needed to be shared and reviewed in real-time by different departments across the office, requiring a system that allowed easy and fast access.

  • Comprehensive AV Installation: We installed AV systems across the entire office, including production areas and administrative departments, and integrated them with Apple TVs. This setup allowed media to be shared and reviewed in real-time from any point in the office, enabling teams to collaborate seamlessly without delays.
  • Integrated Conference Room: We equipped the conference room with high-quality microphones, speakers, and control systems, facilitating top-notch remote video and audio communication. The room also had the capability to display media from the central media server on demand, making it ideal for client meetings, presentations, and internal reviews.
